gRhapa Services & Solutions Pvt. Ltd., (“gRhapa”) welcomes you to its mobile application (the “App”) located at https://olagate.app (OlaGate) and its related websites (the “Site”). OlaGate offers the App and the Site as a platform to provide booking of various services through the App and the Site.

OlaGate respects your privacy and is committed to protect it in all respect. OlaGate has designed this Privacy Policy to elaborate on how OlaGate and its affiliates collect, use, share, disclose, protect and process the information or data provided to us by you when you use the Services offered on the Site. This Privacy Policy provides details on how we manage your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  3. Information assigned by third party service providers – we may collect information such as your user ID, user name associated with that third-party service providers (e.g., Facebook) as well as any other information you make public using that service. We may also collect information you have authorized the third-party service to share with us.
  4. Application information – information related your software usage.
  5. Financial Information – information related to completing purchases such as bank account number, account holder name, credit card number etc.
  6. Social Information – information related to your social activities (e.g. neighborhood you live, services you use, businesses you shop etc.)
  7. Location Information – various types of information on your location (e.g. region, country code, city code, mobile network code, mobile country code, cell identity, IP address, time zone settings, language, longitude and latitude information)

Information across OlaGate Product suite, we connect your activities across multiple products of OlaGate access on multiple devices to your profile to provide your complete view through one account and consistent experience on all OlaGate products and services that you use, wherever you use them.
  2. Location Information, we use your location information to get the list of services providers and business near to your location and to personalize and improve our products including online or offline ads display.
  3. Community information, to help get access to the secure private social network of your community or society and help you connect with your neighbors digitally.
  4. Product research and development, we use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Products, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
  5. In App ads, we use the information we collected about your community, your interest in product and services to select and personalized ads, coupons, offers and other sponsored content that we show.
How does OlaGate use Cookies:

    2. How we share information we collect

    We do not sell any personal information to third parties. We do not share the personal information we collect about you with any third party except as indicated below.

    We may disclose your personal information to third party Service Providers in order to conduct business operations and to provide you with specific services that you have requested.

    We may share your data internally or with our affiliates and authorized business partners that perform certain services and other business operations for us. We may share certain information with third parties that enable us to provide you the video stories that are most relevant to you.

    We may disclose your information to Advertisers and advertising networks that place ads on the Site. These companies may collect information, on a real time basis when you visit the Site (e.g. information about web pages visited). This data is used by them to track your activity across the Site where they display ads and record your activities, so they can show ads that may be relevant to you.

    3. Accessing & Updating Information

    You may at any time, access, update or modify your personal information or information found to be inaccurate or deficient may be corrected by logging into your account.

    4. Account Closure

    If you would like to stop using the platform, you may at any time, delete your information by deactivating/deleting your OlaGate account.

    Normally it takes about 90 days to delete an account after account closure, but some information may remain in the backup copies for a reasonable period of time. Please note that content you upload and share on the bookings is owned by you and may remain on the share and be accessible even if you deactivate or terminate the account.

    5. Security of the Information

    The security of your information or data is important to us. We take appropriate security measures to protect your information or data against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. However, no method of security or storage is cent percent secure. We shall endeavor to use technological means to protect your information or data, however absolute security is not guaranteed.

    OlaGate reserves the right to review, modify, alter or amend and update thus Privacy policy. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posting on the App or the Site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
